Maegan Toups

Maegan joined Airswift as a recruitment consultant and less than two years later she started the company’s global marketing department. Since then, the Marketing Team has grown from a two-person operation to a team of 10 located in five different countries across the world. Maegan’s strategic execution of marketing campaigns has played an important role in diversifying and growing the business. Maegan has a passion for aligning marketing and sales teams in order to achieve more in a coordinated effort. She graduated with a BA from Texas A&M University and resides in Houston with her two beautiful daughters.

Why are you passionate about what you do? 

Marketing allows me to be creative, communicative, analytical, and innovative. I have the opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world and learn new skills. Every day looks different, and I love that!
