    What makes Airswift different?

We empower our employees to create their own career paths. We invest in their growth. We are there for them if they fall and help pick them back up, but most importantly, we believe in them and give them every opportunity to be successful.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

I love to see people challenged daily and step out of their comfort zone in order to evolve as a human being. Recruitment can be a lot of highs and a lot of lows, but ultimately, it is how someone overcomes their challenges that shows their resilience.

Which Airswift value(s) do you believe are particularly important and why?

Growth – if you are not growing personally and professionally, you become complacent. If you become complacent, you lose your impact. Impact to a company is directly tied to your value!
