Kati Greenall has been promoted into a new position of VP Strategic Accounts. The role will focus on providing a higher level of support and bespoke international services to key clients. Kati has been with Airswift for over 13 years, where she has risen from recruitment consultant through her deep understanding of client needs.

To bolster this new level of service for clients and contractors, Jason Goodall has been appointed as strategic accounts director. Goodall brings a wealth of knowledge of international processes and operating support in remote locations, especially in the Caspian region. He holds a unique combination of experience, from technical expertise to international recruitment within the oil and gas industry.

Sam Cross, SVP North America comments: “It’s extremely exciting being part of such monumental growth across this region and working alongside some of the strongest talent in the industry. We have seen tremendous progress across North America since the downturn and we are committed to delivering a consistently high level of service for our clients. These appointments and promotions demonstrate this commitment and will be key to upholding this standard and continuing our growth.”

Also within North America, Troy Trevino has been appointed as field operations manager. With over 24 years of oil and gas experience, Troy began his career working in the construction and maintenance sector. He then transitioned to contingent labor and staffing solutions where he was instrumental in managing a ramp-up of 700+ contractors in Texas’ Eagle Ford region over the last decade. He will be responsible for establishing and developing strategic relationships with new and existing clients, as well as expanding Airswift’s presence across all U.S. oil plays.

Albert Kahlow has also been appointed as the Regional Director for Canada to oversee Airswift’s continued growth and development across that market. Most recently Albert was the Regional Director of the Middle East where he spent four years. His wealth of industry experience also includes successful tenures with Airswift’s European and Caspian regions.
