Retention Program

We value long-term relationships with our contract employees – whom we affectionately call “Airswifties.” Upon the completion of your first assignment, our Retention Program will serve as a resource to assist in discovering what happens next in your career.

You can be a Airswiftie as long as you want. And, that’s just the beginning!

Get Referred


You will be officially added to our Retention Program once you have worked for Airswift and received outstanding client management recommendations from that assignment. In fact, you will receive the “Former Airswiftie” referral seal.

Key Advantages to the “Former Airswiftie” seal:

  1. Automatic placement at the top of the list for submission to any open Airswift jobs for which you qualify.
  2. The Airswift Referred Seal will appear on your resume, so you rest assured that you are getting recommended above all other candidates.
  3. Our Airswift Referred Seal proves you have been tried and tested in a prior Airswift position and come highly recommended.

 Incentive Bonuses

As a Airswiftie, there is no limit to the amount of bonuses that can be attained. We encourage the idea of using this as a means of earning additional income through Airswift.

  • Loyalty Bonus– For those who qualify, Airswift offers a loyalty bonus to Former Airswifties who find their next assignment and choose Airswift to represent them.The bonus will be paid out after 6 months of completed employment.
  • Referral Bonus– Active Airswifties earn a bonus for each referral that is placed on an assignment and stays onboard for 90 days.
