Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a (SCM Solutions Support Specialist) (for KZ passport holders)for one of our large project in (Atyrau,5\2). We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description:
  • Performs the functions of the Administrator of the personnel management and accommodation transformation system (a universal management system for all logistics processes for the services of accommodation and hotel management, visas, aviation and ground transportation, aimed at improving the quality of solutions to optimize logistics).
  • Participates in system testing, updates and readiness assessment. Answers questions and requests from users.
  • Performs the function of the Administrator of the Ariba / Deem / READ/ SEOI systems. Supports the process of assigning registration numbers (IDs), configuring, reactivating or deactivating access IDs for all users (internal and external), including user profile reviews according to SOX procedures (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
  • Monitors and corrects requests for materials and electronic invoices (PR/C WTs) sent to the System Administrator
  • Supports the Ariba Buyer web page and the general information process (internal and external users).
  • Helps Business Partners in registering in the Ariba system network and mastering tools for building the Deem catalog.
  • Helps Business Partners when changing internal business procedures.
  • Maintains and updates training materials.
  • Trains new internal and external users.
  • Provides telephone support to Business Partners and internal end users.
  • Tests new upgrades and implements them for users (internal and external).
  • Maintains, analyzes and provides daily reports on monitoring the use of the catalog in requests for the purchase of materials and invoices.
  • Performs work tasks assigned by a Solution Support Supervisor or a Business Manager of the OMTO
