Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a SIF Prevention (Ustah) Advisor for KZ passport holders for one of our large project in (Tengiz, 28\28). We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Brief Job Description:
- Create a positive environment that will help the workforce feel at ease so that they will share their concerns which they believe may impact on implementing the job safely.
- Maintain open two-way conversations with workforce. Obtain information and provide good communication for related parties.
- Conduct field engagements throughout the day and participate JSA discussion, Toolbox talks (if required).
- Observe the crew understand the given tasks in accordance PTW and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the Job Safety Analysis, Permit to Work and Operating Procedures.
- Conduct assessment of the workplace to ensure it is safe for work. Observe the workforce engagements in the working process to make sure that they are enough competent to perform the task.
- Check discipline and respective Company training certificates.
- Coach the workforce on the correct use of Company specific tools in respect of Hazard Identification as required.
