Brief Job Description:
The mission of the FIRM Asset Strategy Team is to provide the means by which Company will achieve its aspiration to sustain world-class reliability and integrity performance – especially the prevention of high-consequence HES and asset loss events - via an optimized set of work activities.
The FIRM Advisor supports this mission by:
- Growing the Reliability Engineering capability by guiding on-the-job learning, providing training,coaching, and informal mentoring.
- Leading the implementation and maturation of reliaility processes and Digital tools, including engagement with a wide range of Company stakeholders in order to build understanding and gain buy-in.
- Proactively identfiying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reliability practices at the Company, including data-driven approaches.
- Seeking out / sharing best practices and lessons learned within the Team, and with the enterprise at large - driving improved performance via standardized solutions.
