Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a KSU Lead Construction Engineer (KSU Lead Field Engineer) (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description: 

KSU Lead Construction Engineer (KSU Lead Field Engineer) is responsible for providing technical leadership and coordination including:
•    Providing technical expertise and guidance to the discipline field engineers, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and operational needs.
•    Fosters seamless collaboration between project team members, Tengiz Base Business teams, and Engineering Design teams based in Atyrau to ensure efficient interfacing.
•    Address project safety concerns and actively promote safety and environmental compliance throughout all project activities.
•    Proactive problem-solving skills and timely resolution of Site Engineering Queries, ITCs, ITPs.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Demonstrates a strong understanding of change management and has experience applying change management to deliver high quality engineering and construction
•    Manages the teams workload, provides oversight and support to the team of field engineers, and prioritizes and reports progress, issues and opportunities accurately and concisely. 

Requirements: 

KSU Lead Construction Engineer (KSU Lead Field Engineer) shall have 10+ years’ engineering experience with minimum 4 years working in a site based leadership engineering roles for existing oil and gas production facilities.
Must have prior experience of leading a team of field engineers, prioritizing and assigning work activities within the team, managing workload, and providing clear, accurate progress reporting.
This position requires technical bachelor or master degree in an Engineering discipline.
The candidate must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Must be an excellent communicator (clear and concise) on technical engineering concepts in English language.
Strong communication skills and engagement with the Engineering Design team based in Atyrau are required. 
Must be proactive at identifying and resolving issues and making high quality decisions in an efficient manner with the right involvement of stakeholders.
The position requires experience with reviewing technical documentation (engineering drawings and deliverables) across multiple disciplines and general project execution deliverables and ensuring that those designs and execution plans are aligned with project requirements, Company's standards, specifications and operational requirements to ensure safe, reliable, maintainable facilities are constructed, and handed over to operations efficiently. The candidate must be familiar with checking and reviewing the Construction Contractors red-line markups and ensuring as-constructed facilities are aligned with the Approved for Construction drawings and any approved SEQs. Must be experienced in applying change management processes.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with Company's standards, specifications, Operational Excellence and safe work practices. Tengiz base and Major Capital Project experience is highly desirable. Experience working on brownfield facilities projects for the Owners team will be viewed favorably.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of scheduling applications (e.g. Primavera P6).
