5758 Construction Specialist

Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Construction Specialist (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description: 

1. Plant Construction Specialist (hereinafter CS) reports to Lead Construction Specialist and is a key element on a construction site between Company and BP;
2.    In his work CS follows: regulatory documents of Republic of Kazakhstan, and International organizations, Technical requirements, SI, Company's SPs and these duty regulations;
3.    CS follows and applies: Company's Way, Tenets of operation, Model of Highly Effective Behavior;
4.    Ensures implementation of the Project in accordance with the requirements of HES, approved budget, schedule and decisions adopted and recorded in the Minutes of the meeting of the Project;
5.    Participates in the public activities of PCG;
6.   Familiarize himself and BP with Site Safety Emergency Response Plan (SSERP) for the area of CS, timely inform Contractor about any changes on facility, periodically participate in contractor’s safety toolboxes, check PPE and contractor personnel’s certificates;
7.    When opening Work Permits CS is responsible for correct filling out and description of tasks, hazards and control measures;
8.    Daily visits by CS to monitor changes, ensure Safety at work area, certification of work performance;
9.    Initiates and participates in walk-downs: Construction, PSSR, MOC, Safety in design.
10.    Carries out V&V inspections of work and enters results to the Check It system

Requirements:

1) Experience at Piping/Mechanical & Civil disciplines
2) Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience in live Plant or Field environment 
3) Detailed knowledge and extensive experience of Company's managing safe work procedures and programs
4) Higher technical education
5) Kazakh, Russian, Intermediate English (preferrable)
6) Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
