- To perform due diligence qualification and requalification of perspective and existing Company counterparties to determine and address Compliance risks
- Collaborate with Company departments to gather additional information and liaise with external experts for advisory opinion
- To ensure the organization complies with sanctions, import/export and other regulations, laws applicable to its business activities to manage company’s compliance risk
- Higher education, work experience not less than 2 years
- Good knowledge of English
- The applicant must be familiar with Company Policies, including Business Conduct and Ethics, Company Way Behavior. Must know local accounting principles, tax and regulatory rules governing the petroleum industry
- General understanding of key business processes of Company: supply chain and procurement; contracting; expenses and revenue; anti-corruption; segregation of duty and delegation of authority principles
