Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Emergency/CCTV Operator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 14\14. Job Description:
- Knows requirements of Integrated Incident Response Plan (IIRP) and existing security instructions.
- Receives and registers calls to emergency phone, carries out reporting in accordance with notification procedure
- Prepares initial reports and provides other reporting documentations on incidents and cases.
- Knows and updates information regarding specific features of the secured facilities, including locations of security posts, routes of foot and mobile patrols and their call-signs, automatic gate, turnstiles, and other Security equipment installed in facilities
- Controls and registers all facts of malfunctions in video surveillance, communication, access control systems, operation of automatic gates, barriers and turnstiles identified during inspections. Immediately informs the Operations Officer of any malfunctions.
- Constantly monitors the entrusted area and facility and takes efficient measures to prevent theft of material assets and trespassing.
- Carries out continuous virtual patrol of Company’s facilities via CCTV cameras
- Studies controlled areas for detection and identification of targeted individuals and objects – people, vehicles, properties, production facility-based infrastructure elements.
- Broadcasts information via package of radio channels (Consol) in three languages
- Have a higher education. Suitable degree is preferred to be in the sphere of IT.
- Be fluent in the languages –Russian and Kazakh, English.
- At least 2 years in security companies and security departments of oil & gas enterprises.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (electronic mailing skills, editing, composing electronic matrixes and etc.)
- Preferred job experience or basic knowledge on use and maintenance of state-of-the-art closed-circuit security video surveillance system, access control system, radio communication, wired and mobile telephone equipment, global information system, software and hardware, database being used in security departments for management of emergency and Extraordinary situations.
