Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Quality Engineer (QM I&E Advisor) (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 21\21. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description:
Report to the RE Quality Management Manager. Interface with other Company Quality Organizational Team Leads, Company Project Groups and RE I&E. Prepare periodic reports for RE QM Manager.
Provide technical support on I&E processes including but not limited to: review and commenting of the developed I&E quality requirements for project activities, review of I&E related documents ( ITPs, QMS I&E related procedures etc.).
Provide technical support and coaching to RE Group as SME.
Actively participate in revision of Company procedures, specifications and standards under planned regulatory document revision effort as well as adopting the existing requirements and practices from other Company facilities.
Work jointly with RE Electrical and Analyzer and Company representatives to resolve any emerging problems or technical issues related to I&E discipline. Provide technical solutions on work site.
Provide welding expert support during technical auditing of contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure through successful quality management full compliance to all Company Engineering Standards and QA/QC policies/processes/ procedures as aligned with Company OE expectations and procedures
Budgeting and planning of project quality resources. Coordinate and prioritize work allocation and scheduling all QA/QC inspection tasks of your respective functional area.
Responsible for the successful execution of all SCP Construction group Projects on time and in budget.
Hands on Inspection and QA/QC as a Quality SME (Subject matter expert) when required Must be experienced and respected as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in your respective field of influence.
Assist in the development of a Quality Manual, Quality Plans and Procedures and implementation of Quality Management procedures within your functional area.
Develop Quality Management Plans to include requirements to be implemented during all phases by Company and all Company contractors and suppliers
Develop and execute a planned audit schedule of Company contractors, subcontractors and when required vendors.
Plan, supervise and conduct Quality audits and field surveillance of work practices. Provide regular reviews of quality system, and develop, maintain, and facilitate implementation of Quality Management Plans.
Develop and implement Project Execution Plans.
Participate in training and Company staff development planning, mentor, provide guidance and participate in career development of team members
Provide inspection and oversight of contractors and suppliers. Supervise the 3rd Party quality team in verification of contractors’ construction execution and suppliers’ performance including inspection, quality verification documentation and System Dossiers development and turnover performance.
Continuously monitor contractor’s quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Construction Checks and Quality documents, and provide guidance to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and being followed.
Participate in Vendor and Contractor qualification process. Revue Contractors’ and Vendors’ Inspection and Test Plans, and plan, prepare for and coordinate Vendor and contractor inspections.
Play active role in effectively implementing Operational Excellence, Value Improving, and Preventive Action Team Programs. Proactively identify and assist in applying Best Practices and Lessons Learned and gaining implementation of actions necessary to improve performance.
Play active role in deployment of safety culture. Ensure implementation and compliance of all CONTRACTOR and Company safety programs (CHESM etc). Participate in Company Safety programs and other Safety initiatives.
Remain knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in a safe manner and, while leading others.

Job Specification and requirements:
Must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Higher technical degree in Instrumentation, Automation or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Instrumentation and Analyzer Engineering in an operating production facility.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Good knowledge & understanding of design, installation and maintenance of transmitters, analysers, control and shutdown valves and Ex certified equipment.
Demonstrated field experience in commissioning and operation of Instrumentation/ Analyzers and Electrical equipment.
Familiarity with good industry practice, tools, equipment and technologies for on and offline condition monitoring.
Strong Quality background and leadership experience on large projects including quality audits and surveillance functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of project Budgeting and scheduling.
Prefer to be Ex-certified for hazardous locations.
English language skills - Level 3 as per Company scale
Computer literacy in QMS and MMS systems.
