Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Automation Support Consultant (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 21\21. Job Description:
Coordination and ensuring uninterrupted operation of processing units and Production Operations process control systems in accordance with HES
Makes all permanent or temporary changes, exclusions or additions in control systems in accordance with MOC (Managemetn of Change) internal procedures. Completes MOC related FRs and participates in PSSR (Pre Start-up Safety Start-up).
Works cooperatively with Operations Consultants, Console Operators, Shift Supervisors, Reliability department, Process Engineering department in terms of SGP facilities (south area), KTL (north area), Off-Plots, Field facilities (north area), Maintenance.
Analyzes and provides recommendations to operational personnel in non-standard and emergency situations in accordance with Site-Specific Emergency Response Plan.
Ensures monitoring and evaluation of process management systems’ operation and compliance with production metrics. Gives recommendations on adjustments for optimal use of process equipment.
Participates in accidents investigation. Ensures timely implementation of recommendations.
Involved in development of step-by-step procedures for Operatiions in parts of Automated technological process.
Job Specification and Requirements:
RoK citizen
Higher technical education (in Oil&Gas industry related desciplines)
At least 3 years in Oil&Gas industry
At least 1 year in Production Operations
Kazakh, Russian, English - level 2 or higher on Company scale.
Understanding of basic phisical and chemical processes of Oil&Gas industry.
Competent User of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
