Responsibilities:
- Provide site with administrative assisting duties (i.e. ordering, shipping, and receiving).
- Provide visitor and vendor logistical support.
- Provide Operations lead support and coordination with site maintenance, meetings, and projects.
- Assist Operations lead on managing site budget (i.e. data entry, tracking and monitoring costs).
- Provide site with SAP support.
- Maintain confidential financial and personnel files.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary (Including I9 management/Success factors).
- Coordinate with IT department on office equipment/Phones/Network/Server upkeep.
- Security team lead (i.e. contractor badge maintenance, building securement scheduling.
- Promote an environment that continuously meets and improves established the company (SSHE) Sustainability, Safety, Health and Environmental fundamentals on site.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company SSHE Safety Program.
- Conduct SSHE related trainings for personnel on site, including contractor and intern/summer student orientations and support submittal and maintenance of training records.
- Promote continuous improvement of on-site safety culture through awareness and accountability for SSHE performance, assist in developing and implementing corrective and preventative actions to resolve site SSHE issues, track action items to closure and verify accuracy and completion.
- Support and/or facilitate regular SSHE site audits and inspections to evaluate performance in relation to company requirements, identify instances of non-compliance, develop and track corrective and preventative action plans.
- Communicate with site management (i.e. operations lead) to provide regular performance updates and maintain communication process to continuously update leadership and local management on HSE issues, key performance indicator progress and successes.
- Engage in monthly communications with SSHSE teams to ensure compliance & alignment.
- Respond to employee SSHE questions and concerns providing guidance as needed as well as in emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate environmental, health and/or safety concerns

- Must have availability to meet overtime demands, including occasional work on weekends and holidays.
- Must maintain a valid drivers’ license. To be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company’s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers.
