Our client, a major pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work within their facilities located in Woodland, CA, for a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Capital asset inventory management, assignment process and administration support
- Procurement and Accounting cost center management
- Vendor management, Creation of PO’s, tracking spends, and processing invoices
- Assist with data reporting/data gathering for all teams
- Maintain distribution and phone lists, ordering supplies, distribute mail
- Front desk break and lunch coverageSite events support and tours coordination
Requirements:
- Three plus years’ experience in related field and combine experience with increasing responsibilities and or Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred no required)
- High level customer service and excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Able to multi-task in a fast pass environment and establish priorities
- Accounting payable/receivables experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Skill in operating office equipment, such as personal computer, software, and IT systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
