Responsibilities:
- Meeting organization including minute-keeping
- Team travel and expense management
- Maintenance and follow-up of team action list
- Document management including creating filing structures, following version controlling, filing document transmittals for construction tenders and issued-for-construction document packages (document management tools such as Sharepoint and MS Teams knowledge preferred, training available)
- Other general administration tasks as required
- Will learn to use Autodesk BIM 360
