Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek an Administrative Support Generalist to join them in Reading, UK on a 1-year contract.
The Administrative & Support Generalist responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Receive, log and distribute documents.
- Create and maintain a filing record system.
- Assist in compilation of various reports.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years clerical experience, including 1 year in the technical administration field
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
