Responsibilities:

•   Manage the repair function of all components by developing short term and long-term strategic plans for the overhaul and repair of components with the allocated suppliers and in-house workshop

•   Strategically plan; co-ordinate and manage the logistics of the overhaul/ repair of components

•   Control component repair and rebuild costs and assure their availability

•   Partner with Procurement and Logistics to support the negotiations of long-term agreements with the allocated suppliers

•   Manage the process of analysis and evaluation of quotations; Turn Around Time (TAT); costing; invoices; and other technical / administrative functions; in order to ensure close support and continuous collaboration the relevant departments.

•   Proactively monitor and report on each component send for warranty, repair, replace or refurbished and effectively manage performance shortfalls in a timely manner, escalating issues to senior management where necessary.

•   Ensuring the safety of staff in carry out all activities.

This is permanent resident site with 5 days’ work and 2 days off schedule. The expatriate can bring their family since they have full facilities for expat and school for children.
