The reliability and proper functioning of the software tool
The identification of any technical defects, their reassembly, the follow-up of their resolutions, their tests and final validation
Incident or crisis management (application interruption) in conjunction with IT teams
Help / Training for users
Management of access to the tool for a perimeter of headquarters users
Data analysis to ensure the proper use of the tool, from tool extractions
The follow-up of all requests reaching Support
Support Activity Dashboards
Weekly extractions from the database sent to the Key Users of the application
Writing and updating application user guides
