A global leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Assistant Manager, Business Excellence (Regional) position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather and define core business needs for enhancements.
- Work closely with the internal team to convert these requirements into functional upgrades across various system.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing to validate system functionality against defined business requirements at each milestone.
- Conduct business process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization strategies.
- Align with key stakeholders to implement practical, value-adding solutions through structured actions such as SOP updates, KPI revisions, and system change requests.
- Ensure seamless integration of project outcomes to maintain consistency and functionality.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and change management, with the ability to support and drive process/system transformation.
- Proven involvement in projects related to strategic planning, performance monitoring, and implementation, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
