Our client, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices is currently looking for Fresh Graduates to join their team in Port Moresby, PNG. 

Job Description

• Responsible for corresponding solution planning and design, technical proposal write up, business quotation & presentation, solution clarification, contract negotiation, etc.
• Analyse the competitor information, develop and execute competitive strategies
• Work closely with account team for identifying business opportunities, conduct business development opportunities and follow through company strategy.
• Responsible for mid-high-level customer relationship management.
• Conduct technical workshop for customers, analyse the existing problems and challenges of customers' existing networks, combined with industry development trends, to put forward future-oriented network design & solution
• Work closely with customers, engineers and vendors to address and track end-to-end solution related issues.
• Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for junior engineer(s), to ensure that the knowledge transfer is smooth and junior engineer(s) always perform up to company expectation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Vendor or Operator experience is preferred.
• Knowledge about Huawei solutions and products is preferred

• To take up duties such as survey, installation supervision, product commissioning, tests and troubleshoot

• Provide technical support assistance to Huawei's operator customer's network.
• Must be able to learn and understand customer networks
• To provide customer support and complete tasks within the given SLA

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in LTE network technologies, 3G RNC, Node B & OSS would be an added advantage.
• Willing to standby during non-office hours to carry out troubleshooting and upgrading work on customer premises
• Excellent team player in cross-functional environment.
• Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Job Description

• RF site planning, design, simulation, optimization, interference analysis and drive-testing and analysis on 2G, 3G&4G networks
• Planning, Design, Implementation and support of Wireless Networks.
• Provide design recommendations based on technology standards and equipment specifications especially antennas.
• Complete site surveys and designs
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems down to message layer. 
• Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, traffic performance analysis and monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
• Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials.
• Work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources and escalate.
• Define new system requirements based on customer interactions.
• Key contributor to developing product strategies.
• Strong record of Designing solutions, driving customer activities and discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge in various protocols for interoperability, performance evaluation and troubleshooting the issues.
• Great understanding of antennas and selection based on target coverage.
• Be familiar with the U2000. Have a basic command of KPI extraction and analysis, alarm query, and parameter modification.
• Established track record as a problem solver and effective team player.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
