Business Development Manager

• Support finance operations by managing treasury and accounts payable (AP) functions, including cash flow forecasting, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor AP balances by region, ensuring timely settlements and accurate financial tracking.
• Collaborate with regional and offshore teams to resolve outstanding financial issues and aged transactions.
• Review and approve payment proposals, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Process brokerage and VID commission payments in line with financial controls.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Monitor and track agent settlements, ensuring prompt freight collections, disbursements in ASA/GAS, and addressing delays or discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile AR agent statements, identifying and resolving aged transactions.
• Perform monthly financial close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis on outstanding AR and contribute to the enhancement of finance operations and reporting processes.
• Respond to financial queries from regional, country, and offshore offices, providing guidance and resolution support.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc finance projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and internationally.

Job Title: Senior Pilot/Pilot

Role Summary: The Senior Pilot/Pilot will ensure safe and compliant export tanker and LNG vessel mooring, offloading, and sailing operations. They will support COMPANY staff in terminal operations, overseeing maintenance and operation of mooring and export equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all export tanker and LNG vessel operations comply with local and international regulations.

• Conduct final inspections and acceptance of arriving vessels to ensure industry compliance (ISGOTT, OCIMF, SIGTTO).

• Oversee safe berthing, loading, and un-berthing operations.

• Support terminal management, assisting the Terminal Superintendent/Hub OIM and Marine Superintendent.

• Coach and develop COMPANY’s Marine Team competencies.

• Act as Loading Master during FPSO export operations.

• Supervise LNG tankers, ensuring adherence to port regulations.

• Operate and maintain marine terminal equipment, including loading arms, gangway, emergency shut-down systems, mooring hooks, and navigational aids.

• Conduct safety inspections, pre-cargo meetings, and ship-shore safety checklists.

• Monitor marine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Maintain operational logs and report defects to the Maintenance Team Lead.

• Participate in emergency response and safety training exercises.

• Perform additional duties as required by the Marine Team Lead.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in offshore marine terminal operations.

• Strong knowledge of tanker and LNG vessel handling procedures.

• Certification in marine safety standards and regulations preferred.

• Develop and implement a Pre-Operation Plan outlining all activities required for operational readiness
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to align on readiness criteria
• Review all systems and processes to ensure they are operationally sound and meet design specifications
• Oversee the completion of system checks, inspections, and testing to verify functionality and compliance
• Ensure all pre-operation activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements
• Maintain comprehensive records of pre-operation activities, including inspections, training, and compliance documentation
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management, highlighting readiness status and any issues
• Identify and resolve any issues during the pre-operation phase to minimize operational delays

• Proven experience in pre-operation planning, commissioning, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
