Job Title: Senior Pilot/Pilot
Role Summary: The Senior Pilot/Pilot will ensure safe and compliant export tanker and LNG vessel mooring, offloading, and sailing operations. They will support COMPANY staff in terminal operations, overseeing maintenance and operation of mooring and export equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all export tanker and LNG vessel operations comply with local and international regulations.

Conduct final inspections and acceptance of arriving vessels to ensure industry compliance (ISGOTT, OCIMF, SIGTTO).

Oversee safe berthing, loading, and un-berthing operations.

Support terminal management, assisting the Terminal Superintendent/Hub OIM and Marine Superintendent.

Coach and develop COMPANY’s Marine Team competencies.

Act as Loading Master during FPSO export operations.

Supervise LNG tankers, ensuring adherence to port regulations.

Operate and maintain marine terminal equipment, including loading arms, gangway, emergency shut-down systems, mooring hooks, and navigational aids.

Conduct safety inspections, pre-cargo meetings, and ship-shore safety checklists.

Monitor marine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Maintain operational logs and report defects to the Maintenance Team Lead.

Participate in emergency response and safety training exercises.

Perform additional duties as required by the Marine Team Lead.
Qualifications & Experience:
