Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual business plan identifying key objectives, opportunities and setting sales targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners to prospect and acquire new clients, fostering a robust pipeline for sustainable business growth.
- Travel extensively across the territory to lead engaging sales meetings and presentations aimed at seizing business opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture exceptional client relationships, ensuring satisfaction among partners and stakeholders.
- Deliver commercial and technical training and support to distributors, consulting engineers, and key accounts, ensuring proficient understanding of their technology.
- Actively participate in trade shows and industry conferences to expand networks and develop business opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date proficiency in our technology and related systems, staying abreast of advancements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical. An MBA will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development within the fire alarm, fire protection and suppression industry OR candidates with experience with EPC sales would be highly considered
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business development.
- Native proficiency in Korean language with fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
- Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and networking.
