IT PROJECT LEAD -  Selangor, Malaysia

• Responsible to drive and execute large scale cloud SaaS ERP and Logistics implementation with the internal IT Project Manager and vendor project delivery team.
• Manage multiple parallel IT projects across AMERICAS/EMEA/APAC time zones, project dependencies and day-to-day project delivery activities.
• Develop and refine project methodologies, processes, tools, and templates when required.
• Drive and ensure the IT projects and programs rollouts are executed and realize to be aligned with business strategies, group enterprise architecture and roadmaps.

• Project governance, gate control and status reporting experience
• Hands on experience driving and leading cloud SaaS ERP, Logistics/Warehouse/Transport/Trade Management systems project delivery by vendor
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, and good communication skills (written/verbal) across all levels.
• Competency in using MS Project and MS Office

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner / PMP
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Project Management

Job Title: Oracle HCM Core Product Owner

Job Purpose:

The Oracle HCM Core Product Owner plays a pivotal role in the company's People and Culture (P&C) Technology division. This role is responsible for defining the vision of the assigned product and leveraging technology to enhance company effectiveness and efficiency in P&C processes while ensuring an exceptional user experience. The Product Owner represents the voice of the customers, setting priorities for partners, and ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives. This position is integral in maximizing the adoption and value delivery of all P&C Technology Products. The Product Owner also serves as an account manager for the P&C Center of Excellence (CoE) and advises on optimal P&C Technology solutions based on the CoE roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Define key objectives and expected measurable business outcomes for the lifecycle of the assigned Product

• Own the assigned P&C Technology Product roadmap with the aim of maximizing return in investments (incl budget management together with budgetholder, IDS)

• Work

with P&C stakeholders/clients representatives to analyze the business needs and align product roadmap to company and P&C strategic goals. act as an account manager towards the CoE and will advise for optimum P&C Technology solutions based on the roadmap of the CoE

• Provide vision and direction to IDS team and potential other stakeholders (incl providers, clients, etc )

• Assess value and prioritize requirements to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with expected business outcomes

• Lead the Product release planning and set the expectations for delivery of defect fixes, new and or enhanced capabilities (incl regular updates)

• Actively identify and mitigate risks, resolve impediments and make decision to stay on track towards commitments

• Translate assigned P&C Technology Product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria together with the IDS team as well as the P&C Technology generalists

• Lead the functional design based on knowledge of end-to-end processes best

practices , users experience, technology capabilities/limitations, customer experience integration and dependencies and integration with other P&C Technology Products and/or other TEN IDS Products

• Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions

• Keep abreast, research and

analyze (pre) Hire to (post) Retire best practices (in external market) and emerging P&C Technologies to confidently act as an business ambassador for assigned product(s) as the primary contact for queries related to all P&C Technology products and services

• Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction

Requirements:

• Experienced user or expert user of Oracle Cloud HCM

• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to be able to perform role as Product Owner

• Excellent stakeholder management

• Excellent change management skills

• Proactive, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to adopt industry-proven best practices, simplification, harmonization and automation

• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

• Knowledge of self-service and user-centered design principles

• Excellent knowledge of Hire to Retire processes and workflows.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with Oracle HCM and interface management.

• Minimum 2 years in project management or product owner roles.
