Airswift hires CENTRAL HELPDESK for one of our customers, a multinational company in Tijuana – Mexico.
Be the primary point of contact for employees in providing general administrative and technical support for PCs, laptops, phones, and related peripheral equipment
Review support request tickets, take responsibility for resolving issues, and communicate with the end user about the implemented solution.
Provide timely support/assistance, including troubleshooting with hardware, software, and application issues.
Provide timely support/assistance for mobile devices and remote access.
Ensure all equipment is configured to comply with company IT policies.
Perform installation, updates, and upgrades of software and applications for new and existing hardware.
Carry out maintenance/testing on computers, printers, and other office equipment.
Develop and conduct training for end users on new systems and/or software applications.
Work/liaise with outside vendors when needed, eg mobile device support/requests, printer issues, etc.
Document/maintain IT inventory, keeping all IT supplies on hand and available.
Degree in computer science
Availability to travel
