Our client is looking for a Communications/ Community Engagement to join their team in San Ramon, CA on a long-term assignment, on a Hybrid work schedule. 

Responsibilities:
  • Enable the cultivation and creation of concepts that effectively represent our brands, achieving campaign goals
  • Develop content and creative in support of Company’s Fuels initiatives and strategies
  • Build content framework for Retail Fuels business across brands and Programs with input from key stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, third-party partners, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Fuels and Programs managers to understand goals and objectives, initiative prioritization, and target segments for growth
  • Translate these strategies into creative briefs which are provided to our agencies to develop the relevant content
  • Work directly with creative agencies and managers to ensure content meets desired needs and objectives
  • Manage outside agencies and resources, including setting and managing content budgets, managing agency performance, costs, deliverables, deadlines and provides editing direction to deliver final content
  • Ensure alignment with Marketing priorities and compliance with Brand requirements
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including web specialist, email specialist, media specialist, brand specialists, and legal team to understand content needs; develops content and digital campaigns that are leveraged across all our marketing channels; and ensure compliance and timely publication
  • Content for development may include elements such as POP elements, web page items, infographics, social media items, videos, push notifications, campaign emails, brochures, presentations, and FAQs
  • Manage marketing and content projects, results, and budgets using project management tools
Required Skills/Experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of experience in print and digital marketing content and campaign development
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing retail fuels, convenience retailing, mobile apps, loyalty programs, and/or partnerships
  • Experience using creative development application
  • Experience with Salesforce and MPM
  • Deadline oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, many moving parts
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible, comfortable in a dynamic environment and change management
Additional considerations:
  • Concept, execution, production, delivery to measurement of content
  • Digital, Mobile App, email, social, web and print production experience
  • Adobe creative cloud
  • CX, UX and brand experience
  • Project management and familiar with Project management systems/tools
