The Company
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Project Manager to join our team as part of Saclay-based R&D's drive to accelerate the integration on the Saclay plateau with our large European client. As a Communications Project Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and coordinating communications for major internal and external events, managing web content, and enhancing the visibility and expertise of Saclay within the company. This is a 6-month position based in Paris Saclay, with the option to work 2 days per week remotely.
  • Promote and coordinate communications for all major internal and external events on the Saclay plateau, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Write engaging articles on Saclay news, including event reports, new projects and pilots, training initiatives, and profiles of teams showcasing their expertise and projects.
  • Act as a webmaster for an internal site, managing content updates, ensuring a user-friendly interface, and optimizing the platform for efficient communication.
  • Publicize and promote Saclay's projects, skills, and expertise throughout the company (excluding R&D), collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and branding.
  • Organize scientific events such as conferences and workshops, coordinating logistics, securing speakers, and facilitating engaging experiences for participants.
  • Foster a sense of community within Saclay's R&D through internal communication channels, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
  • Enhance the overall attractiveness of Saclay through targeted communication strategies, showcasing its achievements, innovation, and contributions to the industry.
  • Administration of the internal website.
  • Creation and delivery of high-quality communication materials, including articles, reports, and presentations.
  • Expertise in web, editorial, and event communications, with a proven track record of successfully managing communication projects.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with a diverse audience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience working with scientific projects, processing complex information, and distilling it into accessible content for the general public.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
