Airswift is currently looking for a Construction Manager for one of our largest projects in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This position has a 5/40 schedule, and the contract´s length is 18 months, with the possibility of an extension. Job Description
The Construction managers will be responsible for the practical management and planning of every stage of a construction project. To ensure building projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time, which involves: Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
Requirements
- EPC(m) experience mandatory
- <50mln investment, modular scope.
- Experience in Greenfield project
- Dutch is preferred
