Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrative personnel to support our Contract Management (CM) Team in the nuclear sector. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing contract-related activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of processes. Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Provide direct support to the Contract Management Team.
o Serve as a primary organizer for team activities and schedules.
o Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting summaries promptly.
2. Data Entry and Documentation:
o Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets.
o Create and manage action logs for invoices, contract requisitions, and change requests.
o Assist with planning and managing contract award activities and schedules.
o Maintain contract records and correspondence.
3. Reporting and Presentations:
o Establish contract reporting mechanisms and track statuses for the CM team.
o Develop presentations as required.
4. Confidentiality and Issue Resolution:
o Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing and sensitive information.
o Monitor and facilitate the resolution of issues and action items.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o High School Diploma required (Associate’s Degree or higher is a plus).
• Experience:
o Knowledge of work at a nuclear facility is a plus but not a must.
o Understanding of contract requisitions (CRS) and contracts is essential.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with overlapping priorities.
o Competence in managing confidential information responsibly.

This position is responsible for the management of design for assigned transmission generation tie lines for Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage, and for stand-alone transmission line projects. The Transmission Line Principal Engineer works in the Engineering & Construction (E&C) Group and is responsible for managing the design of transmission line projects from conception (Early Stage) through construction and commissioning (Execution). The Client's Energy Resources does not self-perform design. Line design is performed by engineering consultants under the direction of the Transmission Line Principal Engineer.
This role is limited to the transmission line. Others manage substation design, power systems analysis, protection and control, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and influence the project requirements and scope with the Development Group.
- Secure engineering consulting resources from a list of approved suppliers by developing a scope of work, securing bids, evaluating, and awarding work through the client's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Group.
- Coordinate with other project stakeholders to develop and secure a route, support the engineering data, and permit necessary to design and build the line, including geotechnical and lidar data. Activities include competitively sourcing, selecting and contracting geotechnical, survey, engineering, and construction services, and supporting the E&C Cost Estimating Team with scope assumptions.
- Responsible for coordinating the engineering deliverables in support of competitive proposals, as well as design and construction of projects. Deliverables include Issued for Bid, Issued for Procurement, Issued for Construction, and As-built drawings, design criteria, and contributions to proposal documents (RFP).
- Coordination with other groups to ensure the projects are successful. Generally responsible for representing E&C’s internal and external interests on assigned projects, including presentations/briefing on current progress, issues, and risk mitigation in meetings with various levels of management.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in the development, design, engineering, and construction of High Voltage Transmission line projects.
- Strong knowledge of transmission design and project management skills, a bias for action, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to provide value engineering and ensure design quality.
- Technical competence such as the ability to understand one line and three-line diagrams, general arrangements, plan and profiles and other common deliverables.
- Travel required within North America.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience with a strong bias for action.
- PMP and/or P.E. in related discipline is a plus.
- Proficiency with standard industry tools such as PLSCADD, Microsoft products, Auto-CAD, Primavera and other software is strongly desired.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our Project Management Team.
The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the civil works within a large-scale project, ensuring successful execution from design to completion.
This role involves managing multiple construction activities including retrofitting existing Facilities , Construction of a carbon capture plant, port facilities/jetty, and associated utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall construction of civil and structural works across multiple project areas, including retrofitting facilities, Construction of carbon capture plant, port facilities, and utility infrastructure (high voltage substation, wastewater treatment, sea water treatment, etc.).
- Coordinate and communicate with engineers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the project.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and make timely decisions to avoid project delays.
- Identify and manage the interfaces between various project disciplines, ensuring coordination between construction, design, procurement, and engineering teams.
Construction:
- Provide technical oversight of the construction works, including ensuring the resolution of any non-conformities, modifications, or design issues.
- Ensure that construction activities are compliant with all local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Ensure the technical follow-up of construction activities and resolve any outstanding technical matters or coordination issues promptly.
- Deliver technical documentation required for the construction team, ensuring that all construction-related documents are accurate and complete.
Procurement & Subcontractor Management:
- Participate in the preparation of technical sections for subcontracts related to construction works and engineering services.
- Lead the technical evaluation and clarification of bids for construction works, and support the selection process for vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure that subcontractors and vendors adhere to the project’s technical and quality requirements, including regular reviews of technical documentation and deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the contract and project timelines.
