Airswift is seeking a Contract Administrator/Analyst to work on an initial 1-year assignment with a leader in the nuclear energy industry.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting contract execution and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage contract award activities, schedules, and associated documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and verify alignment with scope, schedule, and cost expectations.
  • Ensure invoices conform to contract terms and confirm that related work has been successfully completed.
  • Create and manage action logs, contract reporting dashboards, and project status updates.
  • Develop and maintain contract records and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality of supplier pricing.
  • Support the development and tracking of change requests and approvals.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure timely resolution of contract issues and follow-up on open actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract compliance and execution strategies.
 

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid math and analytical skills to assess cost and compliance.
  • Ability to obtain unescorted nuclear access (includes background screening, fingerprinting, and required training/testing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software/tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Legal background with working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  • Familiarity with Project Management principles and practices.
  • Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry, preferably nuclear.
  • Ability to interpret and manage complex contract language and risk exposure.
