Summary:
- Analyze and review contracts and agreements to identify key contract terms and conditions and contractual commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, land, IT etc. to support contract database, templates, and workflows to streamline the contract management process.
- Coordinate compliance and review of midstream contractual commitments - work would involve entering contract related information into software based systems (Quorum Land System, etc.).
- Assist in develop processes, tools, reports and GIS mapping to track and maintain contractual obligations including dedication tracking and performance compliance.
- Maintain midstream contracts within the company retention systems.
- Other duties as required, including help with periodic review of internal processes, controls, contract forms, contract briefs, data reporting, gap analysis, etc.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in similar area.
- Ability to interpret things in different ways, contracts are laid out in different ways.
- Well versed with technology, specifically AI.
- Data integrity.
- Processes are efficient and looking for ways to improve.
- Organized.
- Communication.
- Problem solving skills.
Preferred:
- Midstream or land experience will be preferred.
- Quorum experience.
