Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative contract coordination and document control.
Skill Profile
- Oil & Gas Industry experience +5 yrs preferred
- Minimum of 1 year contract experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite required
- Proficient in the use of SAP systems (preferred not required)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Detailed Responsibilities

Bimonthly Contract Manager Report - monitor expiration dates, contract value and pending revisions.

Assist Contract Supervisor with purchase requisitions – request HSE ratings, route/track documents for approval, draft PRs in SAP system.

Assist Contract Supervisor and Production Manager with documentation for internal audits.

Maintain electronic and hard copy contract files

Track Supplier Performance Reviews for all contracts and facilitate evaluations as necessary

Coordinate with Cost Administrator to identify rates not in the contract and notify Contract Supervisor.

Create contract close-out documents and request signatures.

Assist Production Manager with requests for signature and/or follow up.

Perform general administrative duties as required.

As needed, support Cost Administrator with creating Call offs.

As needed, provide contract support to other departments.
