Role Overview

  • Contract Administration: Oversee and manage the administration of contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prime Contracts Management: Administer prime contracts, ensuring all terms are met and maintained.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any contractual disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Contract Administration: Proven experience in managing and administering contracts effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review documents and identify discrepancies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
