Role Overview

The Controller will play a key role in maintaining and developing reporting and key performance systems in sales and financial controlling. The position involves detailed analysis of profitability, cost monitoring, planning support, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop the internal reporting and key figure systems in sales and financial controlling.

  • Analyze customer profitability and product assortment structure.

  • Monitor cost areas in sales, marketing, and administration.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.

  • Compile and analyze monthly reports.

  • Oversee reporting for affiliated companies.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special evaluations.

  • Advise and support internal stakeholders on financial and business management topics.


Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or completed commercial apprenticeship with further relevant training.

  • Professional experience in sales or financial controlling, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • Strong technical understanding of products and manufacturing processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong numerical and analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset.

  • Demonstrated assertiveness, initiative, and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a team environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
