Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and or 4 years equivalent experience
- Proficient in the use of SAP modules Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, and Materials Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of project cost tracking and forecasting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Working knowledge of Primavera scheduling software
- Ad role in project cost tracking and forecasting
- Supervision of contract employees hired to assist with turnaround cost tracking efforts
- Provide daily cost forecasts during turnarounds, with a level of detail that enables decisions to control costs and meet budget expectations
- Prepare monthly cost accruals and reconcile accruals in the following month
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate project cost status and cost forecasts
- Assist the Turnaround and Technical Teams with preparation of their annual budgets
