Country Manager

Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Country Manager (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

This position requires a candidate who has technical expertise in heavy equipment and crane operations, coupled with a solid understanding of financial management. 

Key Responsibilities:
         Oversee the daily operations of the business?           Supervise and lead a team .
           Develop and manage the Company strategy, budget, ensuring that all operational expenses are controlled and within allocated limits.
          Regular management finance reports for the Regional director and HQ management. 
           Ability to analyze financial data, interpret KPIs, and take corrective actions to improve financial performance.
•           Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the Sarens’ SHEQ standard
•           responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of: the market (customers and business trends), the solutions and services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors. 
•           Maintains and builds positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, the political world, local authorities, financial institutions, etc. to create awareness and goodwill towards Sarens, and to ultimately sign major contracts in heavy lifting and special transport. 
•           Is responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic market opportunities.
•           Is responsible for keeping the equipment in good operational condition, both technically and aesthetically, to make sure that it is fully and safely deployable at all times
 
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
           A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
 
Experience:
          At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a depot or warehouse environment, particularly in industries such as heavy equipment, crane rental, or logistics.
           Experience with crane operations or heavy transport equipment is highly desirable.
           Experience managing teams and overseeing maintenance operations for heavy machinery or transport fleets.
          Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
      Proactive approach to managing risks and improving operational processes.
 
Language Requirements:
           Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
           Knowledge of Russian/Kazakh languages.
