Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a C&P/MPM – Method Engineer to join them in Paris, France with missions in Iraq. This is a 12-month renewable contract with one of the biggest players in the oil and gas industry.

Procedures, referential and templates
• Organize, update and assist Contracts and Procurement teamin implementing referential procedures related to supply chain activities
• Analyze the Supply Chain process and identify improvements opportunities
• Ensure consistency of C&P referential and its respect by users
• Ensure adaptation of HQ standards documents (T&Cs, standard contracts, etc.) to local specificities (local laws and regulations)
• Propose and ensure implementation of local templates and forms to be used within the supply chain process

Tools
• Responsible of the project management, roll out, change management of new tools related to C&P activities
• Responsible to manage key users’ structure / organization to ensure the monitoring of use, assistance and training on the use of existing C&P tools in all the entities of the affiliate
• Responsible to adapt C&P Tools procedure / training pack to local needs / requirements
• Act as the representative for SAP tools within in the affiliate (i.e. lead users, key users, etc.) in coordination with Finance and technical representatives on C&P perimeter to set up upgrade and to fix technical issues impacting Supply-chain
• Advise and assist the affiliate in defining digitalized solutions / developments related to C&P tools (SAP, AGORA, ARIBA, etc.)
• Responsible to maintain the internal knowledge of C&P tools for C&P and partner entities within the affiliate

Performance (KPIs, Reporting, Controls)
• Responsible of the definition, the set up, implementation and the follow up of a complete C&P reporting system and regular issuance of reports, etc. to control, measure, monitor a report activity of C&P
• Assist, train / coach all purchasing team members on saving activities to ensure the well appropriation of these methodologies within the entity
• Responsible to animate and perform quality and activity controls for the purchase processes
• Responsible to lead all topics and associated projects linked to Reporting activities improvement (methodology, KPI and associated tools) to cover specific needs

Planning Activities
• Develop associated methodologies, processes, responsibilities to monitor Planning activities
• Responsible to lead all topics and associated projects linked to C&P activities planning improvement and associated tools
• Responsible of the communication of lead times for the availability of goods to other entities and the update of these lead times
• Responsible of the preparation, analysis, update and communication of the master procurement planning in alignment with the budget
• Responsible of the preparation, analysis, update and communication of the C&P activities planning and highlight / monitor any possible problems (forecasted workloads, award dates, lead times, etc.)
