Role Overview

  • Data Analysis: Utilize business intelligence skills to conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights with Damage Prevention data.
  • Trend Monitoring: Harvest data and monitor trends related to locates & damage characteristics of excavators to improve Damage Prevention initiatives.
  • Report Development: Collaborate with business and Damage Prevention teams to develop reports and management tools.
  • Effective Communication: Negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external groups at all levels.
  • Business Issue Interpretation: Analyze internal and external business issues and recommend best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Solve complex problems by identifying innovative solutions from a broad perspective.
  • Initiative Contribution: Contribute to Damage Prevention initiatives focusing on reducing damages and promoting safe excavation practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Change Control: Experience in managing change processes effectively.
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing various data types for decision-making.
  • Capital Project Knowledge: Understanding of capital project management principles.
  • Computer Proficiency: Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with Power BI and other performance reporting tools.
  • GIS Applications: Familiarity with GIS applications for analyzing gas networks.

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Related university degree or equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Experience: Four-plus years of relevant experience or six-plus years of field operations experience.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hybrid Work Model: Onsite work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; remote work Wednesday, Friday.
