Human Resources Data Analyst – Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Extract data from SuccessFactors and be able to quantify/analyze it and make sense of it to capture and deliver quality information for the HR team. The data is all talent acquisition and recruiting data i.e. (HR Data, hire date, relocation, number of candidates, short-listed, etc.).
- High volume of onboarding, screening, selection, interview process, etc.
- Power BI dashboard experience and be able to create complex queries used to extract data from their database to generate production and analysis reports.
- Pull the data but also make sense of the data. Data Analysis and very Technical Savvy.
- Advises ASC employees and/or managers in assigned area described below. Ensures that employees, candidates, and students receive equitable treatment and receive HR services as authorized.
- Ensures that actions initiated by the departments are according to schedule and within policy. Resolves related problems.
- Collects and analyzes information relevant to assigned area. Proposes solutions to problems of limited scope, low complexity or with precedents by reviewing, interpreting, and evaluating available data.
- Performs activities within assigned area such as implementation and maintenance of specialized systems or programs, databases, and internal procedures.
- Performs special projects, studies, and related activities, which may involve several different HR functions.
- Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics or HR Analytics preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience with BI Dashboard, Power BI analytics, and understanding HR data.
- SQL database experience. Good with data analysis
- Good with data modeling, Tableau, Power BI
- Database extraction experience
- Data manipulation. SQL is the major component
- Automation and manual testing experience.
- Experience working in oil and gas industry preferred.
- Experience extracting HR data preferred.
- Experience with SuccessFactors preferred.
