Title: Contracts Manager
Location: LyonContract Length: 12 months (scope for extension)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a Carbon Capture and Storage/Utilization (CCSU) project aimed at transforming a cement plant into a sustainable carbon capture facility to produce net zero cement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and technology providers.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.
- Monitor contract performance, terms, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in infrastructure, carbon capture projects, power plants, industrial or oil & gas projects
- Strong understanding of contractual law, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
- Proven track record managing contracts in engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
- Strong EPC knowledge

- The Accounting and Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting by meticulously maintaining and reconciling all general ledger accounts.

Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Finance or Accountancy
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Data Centre environment as Finance Manager is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Self-starter and able to manage remote team
