Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work within their facilities located in Brisbane or Perth, Australia.

The Company

A Global operator of energy and resources. As a result of continued improvement with Digital Products, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Technology to provide key support to their portfolio.

The Role

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will work closely with both global and local teams to help understand and prepare for the implementation of Asset Digital Core (SAP S/4HANA) and drive the development of innovative technology solutions.

This position will give you the opportunity to identify the adoption of innovative technologies, build solutions that are field proven and production ready and champion their adoption to help the business on its transformation journey.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to be based in Brisbane or Perth CBD for a 2-year contract.

Responsibilities:

• Support and co-create strategic plans and roadmaps to help realise the business value whilst minimising the change impact and identifying any opportunities to reduce technical debt.
• Work with managers and business stakeholders, driving the development of solutions to ensure they are field proven and production ready.
• Work closely with both global and local teams to help understand and prepare for the implementation SAP S/4HANA and drive the development of innovative technology solutions.
• Maximise value and minimise risk from the program of work across Australia assets by working with the team and key stakeholders to analyse, help understand and document the post application and business process target landscapes, including integrations, data, and support models, in line with cyber security and architectural standards.
• Identify the adoption of innovative technologies, build solutions that are field proven and production ready and champion their adoption to help the business on its transformation journey.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a senior business analyst or similar role in a complex environment in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Proven experience working on major application transformation projects, particularly ERP implementations
• Proven experience in identifying, building, testing and driving the adoption of innovative digital technology solutions
• Demonstrable skills in documenting and supporting the deployment of complex systems, including integration and data elements.
• Experience designing solutions using industry standards such as BABOK (preferably certified).
• Experience with modelling notations such as BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Full Australian Working rights

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work within their facilities located in Brisbane, Australia.

The Company

Join a global operator of energy and resources. As a result of continued improvement, they are looking for a Full Stack Developer to provide support in designing and developing application solutions.

The Role

As the Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient operation of the team, delivering solutions to business and supporting the operations of those solutions. 

This is a 12 months contracting role to be based in Brisbane with flexible WFH. This role is in a senior capacity so will suit one with over 5-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and testing solutions across the full Digital application stack
• Use of Functional, Clean Architecture and SOLID Programming practices and values.
• Solution Writing and Testing using Automation Unit
• Developing and Designing Innovative technical solution using Agile Methodologies
• Working closely with operations team to provide support with digital stack

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python development and libraries such as Pandas
• Expertise with AWS OR Azure - Preferably Azure
• Experience with technical and analytical configuration tasks
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.

The Company

A Technology consultancy. Due to the need to add more manpower to the projects team working on infrastructure projects that they are currently embarking on, they require a Business Analyst.

The Role

You will be working collaboratively with several parts of the business and be a part of the Projects team. The projects have a variety of requirements that don’t fit architecture, engineering or project management and this role will cover anything that comes up in that gap. This not only requires business analysis capability but also project coordination skills.

This is a Perth based role in a permanent capacity and will suit a mid-level Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement, liaising with different business units and capturing business needs and value drivers
• Documentation, process mapping, system assessment, data analysis, identify gaps and propose improvements
• Driving adoption and value through business partnerships and work with stake holders to implement solutions
• Project coordination and assisting with the management of smaller engagements
• Facilitate requirements sessions

Requirement

• Proven Stakeholders Management experience
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role with 2 years minimum
• Perth Based with Full Australian working rights

Qualifications required

• A tertiary qualification is preferred
