Job Overview:
As the Digital Lab Manager at our client's Data Office, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our business by leveraging digital technologies to drive data-driven decision-making, generate savings, and create new revenue streams. You will lead and manage the digital lab team, guiding them to deliver innovative digital solutions that align with the business objectives. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Transformation, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects while staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital lab team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of digital projects.
- Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the business objectives and supports the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and high-quality standards.
- Efficiently manage the digital lab budget, optimizing resource allocation for optimal outcomes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring access to cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for their integration within the organization.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management regarding digital projects and the overall performance of the digital lab.
- Implement strategic improvements in processes and continuously enhance business templates and validation procedures.
- Ensure the quality of support provided and provide supervision to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing digital projects and teams.
- Strong grasp of digital technologies and trends, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership and management acumen, motivating and inspiring teams to consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in working within a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Profound problem-solving and analytical capabilities, adept at resolving intricate issues.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Fluent in both French and English.
