? Head of Growth & Monetization – AI Avatar Platform

We're a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing digital identity through cutting-edge avatar technology. We’re now hiring a Head of Growth & Monetization to take full ownership of our revenue engine — driving user acquisition, monetization strategies, and B2B partnerships.

This role is perfect for a data-obsessed growth leader who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to shape the future of AI-powered consumer and enterprise experiences.

? What You'll Do

1. Growth Marketing & User Acquisition

  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and influencer campaigns

  • Drive social virality through TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts and community growth (Discord, Reddit, forums)

  • Manage ASO, SEO, and affiliate programs to maximize organic installs

  • Leverage AI-powered avatars to create personalized, high-converting ad creatives

2. Monetization & Revenue Strategy

  • Develop and scale monetization models (ads, subscriptions, IAPs, licensing)

  • Optimize pricing and user segmentation to increase LTV

  • Analyze user behavior to refine revenue tactics and uncover new opportunities

  • Explore new revenue streams like virtual goods, enterprise APIs, or white-label offerings

3. B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage a fast-moving B2B/API sales pipeline (gaming, fintech, virtual workspaces)

  • Onboard and maintain key partners (e.g., social platforms, SaaS tools, Unity/Unreal)

  • Negotiate revenue-sharing and licensing deals to drive adoption and growth

4. Analytics & Market Leadership

  • Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies based on data insights

  • Monitor competitor activity and trends to stay ahead of the curve

  • Support PR, thought leadership, and brand positioning in the AI space

? What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in growth, monetization, or B2B sales (preferably in AI, gaming, SaaS, or fintech)

  • Proven success scaling paid and organic acquisition channels

  • Experience monetizing consumer apps and selling B2B/API-based solutions

  • Strong analytical skills (Mixpanel, GA4, SQL, A/B testing, pricing optimization)

  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with a bias for action
