Our client is seeking a Document Controller to work within their facilities located in Houston, TX, for a 3-year assignment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To issue and receive controlled documentation by creating/receiving electronic transmittals to/from the Project, Engineering Contractor, Construction contractors and Suppliers.
  • To scan project documentation and liaise with external reprographics companies as required.
  • The filing of project documentation and drawings in accordance with the project naming and numbering procedure.
  • To ensure that all information that is created, reviewed, or published aligns with the document classification scheme and Company retention and disposal guidelines. To assist with any quality checks and audits of the document database, identifying and correcting and anomalies.
  • To act as a Documentum Administrator with respect to security settings, permissions, creating new projects, user accounts, templates.
  • Must be able to work to an agreed scope, budget and schedule.
