The service holder is in charge of the Documentation Control activities linked to the Project under the supervision of the Project Document Control Lead.





  1. To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his/her area of responsibility.
  2. Perform the Doc control activities in accordance with the Project Documentation Management Procedures.
  3. Perform Doc control activities under the supervision of the Project Lead Document Controller and act as his/her deputy.
  4. Follow applicable procedures, specifications, and use means and tools (including New PRODOM) required to ensure an efficient management of all flows of documents during all the phases of the Project and in all Project work locations.
  5. Assist Lead Document controller in the implementation of the Documentation Management system at Contractors’ locations, setting-up and explaining Project rules and procedures, ensuring relevant procedures issued by Contractors are compliant.
  6. Documentation Control activities mainly include:
  • The use of “New PRODOM” software for day-to-day activities such as: registration and integration of documents received from contractors, definition and launch of review workflows (maintenance of a distribution matrix for this), follow-up and expediting of reviewing process, correspondence registration and the like.
  • The control of the conformity of Contractors-issued documents with regard to Project procedures commenting on the conformity of documents and rejecting documents as necessary.
  1. Review issued documentation to ensure compliance with Project procedures regarding numbering and coding, formatting, used symbols and all other aspects related to document quality.
  2. Provide assistance to the Project team for all matters related to documentation management activities.
  3. Report timely to the Lead Document Controller highlighting any area of concern.
  4. Observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of the documentation management during the tendering phases and as a general manner all along the course of the Project.



Context & Environment


The Project is a key project for Client as it is its first major petroleum investment in Asia Pacific.

Project is a combine onshore and offshore project development comprising:

  • Well pads and the upstream gathering network including flowlines and two parallel multiphase trunklines
  • Upstream Central Processing Facility (CPF), approximately 30 km from the field
  • Main onshore and offshore export system consisting of a single-phase gas pipeline and a condensate pipeline
  • Integration in existing liquefaction plant located 325 km from the CPF in the vicinity of Port-Moresby

Production Data875 MMSCFD of exported gas + 16,500 BPD of condensates.

   Project Budget (CAPEX): over 9,000 MUSD

  • Location (country/site): Singapore (Project FEED Phase),

    with potential relocation to EPC Contractors’ offices (Country TBA - Project Execution Phase)

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Qualification: Good experience in Oil & Gas Project Documentation Control management
  • Good knowledge of EDMS, SharePoint and Pack office (mostly Excel)
  • Languages: English (French is a plus)
  • Professional Experience:    At least 10 years
  • Experience within project:   At least 5 years
