Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations team to execute the business plan to achieve the KPIs relating to HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Report to a highly approachable General Manager and develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives within the Aerospace sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Lead negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the sales department budget, build, and lead a team of sales professionals, and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies. Implement quality assurance measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree in any field with proven experience in sales and business development within the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:
