Professional with experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electric vehicles,
electric vehicle repair and maintenance. The role involves advanced troubleshooting of the company's systems including battery, motor and software problems, to provide efficient and effective after-sales support.
The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and Chinese and experience working with brands such as BYD.
Experience working with brands such as BYD, Aion, Chery, BMW, among others. Although
experience with all brands is not necessary, proficiency in at least one or more is essential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnosis and repair: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex problems in the company's systems, with a focus on battery management systems, electronic and software-related problems.
Maintenance and service: Carry out regular maintenance on electric vehicles in accordance
according to the manufacturer's specifications and the company's standards, including routine checks, software updates and parts replacements.
Technical support: Provide technical guidance and support to the after-sales team and
after-sales team and communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnostics, repairs and
maintenance.
System updates: Apply the necessary software updates and firmware installations for the company's electric vehicle brands under the dealership's coverage, ensuring that the vehicles are up and running with the right technology and operating at optimum performance.
Customer relations: Engaging professionally with customers, explaining diagnoses and

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of all diagnostic results, repairs and

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as an electric vehicle diagnostics technician,
Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on electric vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Brand experience: Proficiency in working with one or more of the following brands:
BYD, Aion, Chery, BMW or equivalent brands in the electric vehicle sector.
Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is required.
Technical knowledge:
Expert knowledge of electric vehicle diagnostic tools (e.g. Launch X431, AutelMaxiSYS), battery systems
battery systems, motor control and high-voltage components.
Familiarity with electric vehicle-specific software and firmware updates.
Understanding of safety protocols for dealing with high-voltage EV systems.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical and software problems.
Education: Certification in electric vehicle technology, automotive engineering or a related field.
