Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution of higher learning. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction. Interface with and navigate the requirements of local, state and federal jurisdictions influencing each project. Demonstrate proficiency with software programs to monitor, update, and produce varied work products.

Provide Electrical Engineering services that include; engineering analysis, design development, and the preparation of complete plans and specifications for new work and improvements. Provide technical oversight and coordination with other engineering disciplines as they pertain to the project. Determine the action necessary in developing project designs, coordinate the work of technical and administrative staff, and review of the final contract documents. Survey existing job conditions and confers with requesting medical center personnel to determine project scope, phasing, impact to medical center services and specific design requirements. Senior leadership and mentoring. Provides decisive guidance and direction in regard to the management of technical aspects of engineering related to building structures. Responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule.
