Engenheiro(a) de Análise de Instalação - Pipeline Group

Airswift is seeking an Installation Analysis Engineer - Pipeline Group to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This position is a chance to work in one of the most important multinational companies from Petroleum market in Brazil.
This person will plan and execute the installation of offshore pipelines for the oil and gas industry and for the energy transition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform autonomous installation analysis of rigid duct in S-lay, J-lay and/or Reel-lay,
• Responsible for planning your analysis scope
• Responsible for ensuring that the standard of engineering services provided complies with relevant company engineering standards, with a clear focus on the commerciality of engineering solutions
• Ensuring the facility analysis solution is fit for purpose, meeting customer specifications
• Provide engineering support during operations with occasional periods offshore or at the shipyard
• Promote safety culture and initiatives for the installation engineering team in all phases of onshore and offshore delivery
• Actively participate in consolidating the know-how of the Pipeline Group department
• Propose innovative solutions allowing cost and risk reduction

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working on offshore pipeline installation in a similar role, equivalent experience on similar projects may be considered.
You must be proficient with Orcaflex and familiarity with systems such as Python, VBA and Abaqus is desirable
