Location- Gold Coast, QLD
Duration- Permanent, Full-time
Salary- $180,000 total package
The Role
Due to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. You’ll play a crucial role in the preparation of tenders and project costings for a range of major construction projects.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, comprehensive documentation to site managers for smooth project kick-offs.
- Support site managers with the financial management of contractor agreements and administration.
- Prepare accurate estimates of quantities and costs for project tenders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Exposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 1 or 2 preferably)
- Experience on projects valued at $20m and above
- 3+ years’ experience in an Estimating position within the construction industry
